Our whole-process, multi-dimensional inspection system runs through every key node from raw material entry to finished product dispatch.
Strict indicator testing of base oils and additives using spectral analysis and viscosity testing equipment, ensuring all inputs meet international standards.
Real-time sampling and testing of key performance indicators - viscosity, flash point, pour point, and oxidation resistance - throughout production.
Comprehensive final inspection of all performance indicators, appearance, and impurity content. Only fully approved batches enter the canning process.
